I have very rarely met a host as helpful and attentive as this host, he really makes all the difference!
The studio, although small, is very comfortable for three people (two adults and one child).
It really has everything you could possibly need.
The garden is a valuable asset, as is the private parking space.

Towels, cleaning products and all necessary amenities are provided, including olive oil, salt, pepper, oven, kettle and coffee machine.
A large refrigerator with a freezer is also available.

We will have fond memories of our stay.
The owner was very available and looked after us from our arrival until our departure, providing us with lots of useful information.
The apartment was located in a very quiet area.

This is the best accommodation there!
Very nice and cozy studio with private parking space!
At the corner of the street, you can take the bus and in 20 minutes you are in Cannes.
The owner is very friendly, he explains everything and gives you a very large book to read indicating all the local points of interest.
From here we were able to go everywhere, from Cannes to Monaco and Saint-Tropez.
Upon our departure, Maurice He was waiting for us with delicious butter biscuits, the man is truly lovely.
We will definitely be back.

We loved the attention the host paid to every detail.
He was always there for us, even before our arrival: we had a problem with our flights and he was very helpful in offering us a solution.
He shares a personal booklet in several languages on all the interesting places and things to do on the French Riviera and he also recommends activities and things to do during your stay.
The host was always available on WhatsApp to answer our questions.
Regarding our stay, we particularly enjoyed the apartment's garden. We had breakfast there every morning, and the feeling of peace we experienced in Vallauris while listening to the birdsong was priceless.
The apartment has all the necessary comforts for a short or long stay and it was very clean.
It also has private parking if you have your own car (or a rental car, which was our case).

The accommodation is ideally located, close to local shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, Intermarché, etc.) and it has private parking in the residence, which is a huge plus!
The accommodation has everything: from cleaning products to toilet paper, including a beach umbrella, salt/pepper, etc.
The host has thought of everything so that you can arrive empty-handed.
The host is available to answer any questions or queries.

The apartment has everything you need; the host has taken care of every detail.
The apartment has a washing machine, kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, a toaster, an oven, a fridge… and also basic cleaning and cooking supplies.
The neighborhood and the neighbors are very quiet; you can hardly hear anything.

Magnificent, magical.
A very attentive, caring, calm and charming host.
I had come to work as an advertising professional during the Cannes Film Festival.
Jasmins Studio is a perfectly comfortable apartment, with a magnificent garden of aromatic plants.

Wine, fruit juices and water are waiting in the refrigerator.
In the vase: fresh and truly tasty fruits and sweets.

I spent time in Jasmins Studio The most incredible moment possible!
When travelling solo, I generally have to be very careful with my budget and rather wary of where I stay.
Not only did the apartment have everything I could possibly need (including a washing machine), it was also a lovely space in a great location, close to the supermarket and the train station!
The host was fantastic, an amazing tour guide… and simply extremely kind.
It was a pleasure to meet him and to stay in Jasmins Studio.
